We’ve reached our first journey around the sun without you, Sweet Momma.
Each day is a reminder of what is and what isn’t. The highs and lows of life feel so foreign without you here to share them with.
As I’ve learned to look up when I can’t find my way, I see all the things you’re now able to do as you soar from cloud to cloud with your wings of freedom.
When the world took away your sight, Jesus restored your ability to see.
When the world took away your voice, Jesus restored your ability to sing.
When the world took away your strength, Jesus restored your joy, as you run on the glimmering streets of Heaven!

God doesn’t always heal on this earth, but He will never leave you. Keep going. He will give you everything you need…
✨Gratitude, like finding the light shining through the darkness
✨Love, like sunshine brightening your path
✨Calm, like the sweet memories that ease the pain
✨Joy, like collective uncontrollable laughter
✨Comfort, like caring words just when you need them
✨Direction, like discovering an internal compass
✨Delight, like a delivery of desire to your heart again
✨Hope, like a dream that you know will come true
✨Peace, like a river that will always lead you home
When you see the end, you realize just how much of life is about the quality of living, not quantity.
The connection in your relationships. Not how much you give, but how freely you give it. Sharing your thoughts, cares, moments. Sharing your time. It’s not saying the perfect thing, it’s showing up. Being present. Contentment. Absorbing the sun, the wind, the twinkle. Listening for the wisdom that comes in silence. Looking for the God winks. Finding the light in the shadows. Trusting and resting in His peace.
That’s living.
Think about what you want for the people you love the most when you’re gone…
Then live that way for those who’ve gone before you.
I’m living life abundantly in your honor, sweet Momma, love you always and forever 💕
